Are shipping costs included in the prices?

Orders from Greece
For purchases worth more than 150 € shipping costs are free. For purchases of lower value, the shipping charge is € 3.

Orders from countries within the European Union
For purchases worth more than 400 € shipping costs are free. For purchases of lower value, the shipping charge is € 15.

Orders from countries outside the European Union
For purchases worth more than 500 €, shipping costs are free. For purchases of lower value, the shipping charge is € 40.

What about taxes and customs clearance (for countries outside of the European Union)?

When ordering from a country outside the European Union, customs clearance of products in the country of delivery is an additional cost and is borne by the recipient. Charges and taxes vary by country

Is VAT included in the prices?

All prices in our online store eshop.margoni.gr include VAT.

How is my order confirmed?

Once your order is registered you will receive an automated email which will confirm the receipt of the order and will state the details of your purchase. During the progress of the order, you will receive a second email which will inform you about the shipping and delivery date of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time is 7-15 working days.

Is there a refund policy?

You have the right to request a refund and return the products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.

Customers from countries outside the European Union will be charged with the costs of transporting the products, insurance costs and customs clearance costs.

In order for the process to be valid and to be served as soon as possible, please notify us by email at info@margoni.gr or by phone at +30 2310233090 within the deadline mentioned above.

Once we receive the email, we will send you the refund form which you need to fill in and send via email to info@margoni.gr

In order for your application to be accepted the product (s) to be returned should:

· be in excellent condition, inside its packaging, intact and unused.

· has been checked and approved by the company.

· be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.

In case the above conditions are met, we will refund you within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt and approval by the company Margoni of the returned product.

Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you personally and carefully check the product you received and confirm that it remains in excellent condition along with its packaging.

Is there a return policy?

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement with another product or products, strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.

In case the new product is of lesser value than the one you originally bought we will credit you with the difference for future purchases.

Which shipping/delivery companies does Margoni work with?

Margoni collaborates with the following courier companies: TNT-Fedex for shipping outside of Greece and ACS και ELTA courier for domestic shipping.

Our online store gives you the following payment options:

· cash on delivery (for orders delivered to Greece only)

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only before its shipment.

Can my order be delivered to a different address than mine?

Yes, we can deliver your order to a different address than the billing address. In our website, the page with your order gives you that option.
